[ the problem with 'never' is that it's an awfully long time, and the only chance of definitely never talking about the arm is keeping tony from seeing it for that awfully long time. if tony catches a glimpse of it, bucky runs the risk of tony becoming interested. unfortunately, interest and obsession are too often synonymous for tony. he gets too easily fixated on one thing. maybe that would be bucky's arm, maybe it wouldn't. it's a toss of the dice, really ]
